Veg room set up help with lighting options? PLEASE!

I've been searching and coming up dry. Ill start with some background info and then hopefully you guys can help me make some descisions.

I am trying to set up a veg and flowering rooms so I won't have any downtime between harvests. My flower room (where I also veg now) is 99 sq ft. (11x9) - I have some space in there to walk around so I usually have about 12-16 plants under each of (4) 1000 watt HPS light in a 4x4 area. My room is only 7 feet tall so the plants can only reach about 4-4.5 feet tall and I have been consistently harvesting 5.5-6.5 lbs every 3 months growing nothing but indica plants that have flower times less than 65 days.

There is an adjacent room that measures 3X9 (27 sq ft.) that I would like to use this room as a vegging room so I can harvest more times throughout the year with no downtime inbtween waiting for my plants to veg before sending them into flower.

My plan is to harvest each month off the flower room using (2) of my (4) 1000 watt hps lights. So I'll be harvesting every month, when I harvest half the plants in the flower room the other half will be 4 weeks along on the other (2) 1k lghts, and then I will bring in the 24-32 plants that were in the veg room and put those under the (2) 1k hps lights that I just harvested. An on going cycle.

- high quality clones with good genetics are no problem for me to aquire at any time I will bring in these clones and they will be immediately ready for my veg room.

My main question is THIS: what is the best way to light my veg room so that I can consistently veg 35 plants for 3 weeks, have my plants be 20-30 inches tall and ready to immediately go into the flowering room?

I was thinking either 2 600 watt MH in that space or 3 400 watt MH in that space. Is that space to small to veg 35 plants?

wow thats a great yield ur getting, im vegin 17 right now under 2 600w hps bulbs check em out ther under general grow 9 days in, tell me what u think , room is 8.5 x 10 x 8

Is this a soil grow? If so I suspect that you are going to veg in a 2 gal pot. To make the math easy lets call each pot a 10" square. IF that is plan will that fit in the room? No. In a one gallon pot maybe, maybe. If you can gat all of them to water them with out entering the grow area so you don't have to leave a path to walk on. Sounds like a great plan and good luck with it.

another option would be to further break down the process and harvest every 2 weeks, and move plants in from the veg room every two weeks to the flower room.. that would definately be enough space but i kinda wanted to do it monthly and stay on a schedule.
