Veg question ????

When does the veg stage actually start? when i sprouts out of the soil or when it reaches a certain hight or leave sets???

It starts when your babies, be it clones or seedlings, have developed a nice root system. i use the little rapid rooter plugs in a dome. When about 1/2" of white roots start to push out ANYWHERE in at least 4 places. I put them on the beg table. Most people wait longer, and i have been burned before with babies wilting. i like to get them vegging super fast, becuz I NEED to control growth, shape, and node spacing. I've had them start to stretch a tad in the dome, and it's a pain in the ass kinda. Makes my leaf sets start too high in my opinion. Thats kind of extreme though.
