veg problem?

My power kush (bottom right in picture) seems to be growing a lot slower then the Afghan skunk, Pineapple express, and cheese n chong. Is there a possible problem and solution or is it just a slow vegging strain?? Any feedback would help. Roots organics soil 1000 watt hps 5 gal buckets by the way,

diff strains, diff traits. hit us up in 2-3 weeks, show us again ...

Thanks for the feedback, I added another picture so you could see it cleary. Its bushy and healthy but not growing big like the 3 others.
