hey im learning how to grow and i was looking for some help, will some one help me out and explain the veg phase, how long i do it for, and what lights i should use

you can veg for any amount of time. you just need to take into account how much height you have. dont want your plants outgrowing your room.

Use blue spectrum lights, like MH or cool white (i think) cfls. And yeah, as said, depends on how height you want you plant to grow, i think its recommended to wait until it has at least 5 nodes.

im at the end o my veg with 100% indica and they are 27 inches into a SCROG type grow and from there they will grow 8 more inches to my canopy boundary. i wanted 3 foot bushes

oh it took almost 2 months to get them to where i wanted from seeds

im attempting a scrog, still got a ways to go

koabear those look good...but i thought that you had been weaving them through a screen
but i just reread your post and see youre setting the screen at 3ft.
