vacuum chamber help @5000 ft

Simple question. Do I pull vac in my chamber until the needle stops 29.5 ideally? Im in Denver at 5000ft and thought the max I would be able to pull was 24.9 but it seems it will go all the way to 30. Is that too much vacuum at this elevation?

Its sitting at 28inHg right now oil temp is 98°

Your gauge needs calibration if you are at 5000 feet elevation.
