You don't need to add any bacteria cultures or enzymes in hydroponics. You need a clean and healthy sterile root zone IMO. I've used bleach since 2010 in hydro.

People make it difficult with hydro when the main goal was to remove as many variables as possible when it was first developed. You let the plants sit directly in readily available nutrient solution in DWC.

You remove any bacteria cultures and organic acids affecting pH to create as stable nutrient solution as possible. You also want to remove any biofilm stopping the nutrient solution optimally reaching the root zone/membrane.

You won't see any bacteria cultures or inoculants on a commercial scale. They are dirt products marketed for hydro. Cheers!

what what milliliters per gallon ratio do you use it and how often?
