I've concocted a 4-3-6 with 1% calcium and .5% magnesium and sulfur. I plan on using this nute mix from seed to harvest. Any feedback or insight as to the effectiveness of this would be appreciated. Much love

Are you planning on using any myco? Molassass? What dirt mix? No increase in the N when flowering induced? How long veg? Lots of questions to fill in the void..and I feel at least you're gonna have to ammend your formula depending on any of these variables...you got a base plan tho..how did you arrive at this formula/nute mix? Is it compost tea or a mix of commercial ferts?.....

Don't plan on using any as I'm growing hydroponically. Im also using an Autoflowering strain so the veg stage will probably be a month or so. I used a mix of chemical ferts in effort to just use one nutrient mix the entire grow as opposed to buying a whole bunch of overpriced nutrients at my local hydro store as funds are an issue. This is more of an experiment than calculated knowledge.

you should know the fert mix composition that is what chemicals there are in it, to see if they are compatible with hydro. all N sources must be nitrates. what I do is I buy chemicals in parts and I mix them myself so I can make veg and flowering mix with literally cents and not dollars. I bought calcium nitrate, potassium nitrate, magnesium sulfate, mono-potassium phosphate, trace elements mix, phosphoric acid, and 35%H2O2. results are perfect, I prefer it 10 folds over GH or any other grade A hydro ferts. if you want more knowledge on this let me know I can help

Yea I'm a soil grower,but I do know you're gonna need to add some trace elements to your mix.I've never grown an auto flower so I wouldn't really know how to feed them prooperly at specific times ..hope it works out..

i used basically the same formula minus the phosphoric acid. Im also using potassiumdihydrogen phosphate but i was told is essentially the same as monopotassium phosphate. Im totally new to making nutes and could use a few good pointers but i feel i have the essentials down. So do you use the same nute throughout the entire growth or do you make one for veg and another for flower??

phosphoric acid is just for PH- you can use sulfuric acid too. I use a different mix for veg and for flowering. in veg high N low P-K in flowering I lower N and raise P-K gradually. what's best with this method is that you can really control what you are feeding the plant.
