Using MiracleGro-Seed starter soil...is this good at first?

i germinated the seeds 3 days ago..right after that i put them in the seed starting soil and watered now they are outside..1 thing is that i didnt cut any holes at the bottom of the medium is this really that bad?

yeah eventually your going to have to poke those holes, if the water just sits there and doesn't drain out the bottom it will rot away all your roots. miracle grow soil is okay but can be kinda strong for babies, just watch them closely.

how many holes should i make? and when do i transplant from the seed starting soil to regular potting soil?

you need holes big enough for the water to drain freely. 5 - 10 1/2 inch holes should do. trans plant into your final pots when the youngster is strong and healthy. about 12".
