Using mills now, How come PH is always high ?

I am using all Mills now with good results, why is the PH always high and I am having to use PH down with every feeding..... is that safe or OK ?
Plants look awesome..............

Better to have rising pH in hydro then falling! Falling is a sign of problems - usually roots..
