Using grapeseed oil tincture without decarb?

Hello there ladies and gents. So I purchased some grape seed oil ganja tincture from an organic farm while I was visiting Northern California and from what I can understand is that they did not decarb their cannabis before letting it sit in the grape seed oil for almost a month. From what I understand is that you won't get the proper medicinal effects if you do not decarb the cannabis.. So my question is how do I decarb it when it has already been made?

i believe it naturally decarbs after a certain amount of time. A study on this is on grass city forum.

Thanks for the reply! I read up about that but wasn't sure if it was the same thing for oil made tinctures.. I know that it decarbs itself with alcohol so if I could get anymore input that would be nice
