Using bt and neem in flower

I have just found my first caterpillar and I'm about 2 weeks into flower. Too late to use bt? Also what about neem? My leaves are showing mite damage

2 weeks in I would hit the mites with capt jacks 3 times in a week,should hold them back,i would use the bt few more weeks at least,[ edit] capt jacks only if u have been spraying neem all along if not use the neem
 
I try to spray weekly with neem all through veg and early flower. Any use after the 3rd week of flower will effect taste.

That said, last year when the worms were wrapping up my Peach and Rotten Stinking Bastard, I neemed the hell out of them. Then washed the bud at harvest. Still some neem taste, but that is more for the brownie pile.
 
I got mold last year I think. Not visible but you could smell it when you pinch a bud. I think it was from spraying em down in the evening. Would you guys recommend spraying in the morning?
