Using both spectrum (Red and Blue) from vegging to flowering?

Hi guys was just wondering on your opinions on my question. I've seen a fair few posts suggesting that using both 2700k and 6500k from vegging to flowering is acceptable. But my current plan is to use 5 x 25w bulbs and also 1 x 11w and 2 x 14w (Red) & 4 x 30w bulbs (Blue) giving me a total actual wattage of 250w. (The 1 x 11w and 2 x 14w (Red) cfl's are ones currently in my house) I plan on growing 2 maybe 3 plants under this ( Special kush, NLxBB and BB) and was wondering although i have 250w of lights just under half of that is from the desired 6500k range, Would i be better of growing just one nice plant under this? or is this acceptable?

Thanks for the input mate, Im going to be vegging for about 4 weeks anyway im currently reading "Buds for Less".
