Using a Clone, Have Some Questions

For those of you who use clones to plant when the weather is right, what is your process? Do you leave the clone outside in a pot for a while then plant into the ground? How do you know when the clone is ready to survive amongst nature? Thanks

Soft wood cuttings should be kept under a plastic dome of some kind and misted a lot. Inside or in a greenhouse. Outdoors is too breezy and youll lose it quick. You dont even need more than a soft floro to get them to root. RH must be kept high, and it takes two wks to produce roots give or take. After a few more wks you should see roots poking out of the bottom of the pot. You can transplant outdoors then if the weather permits.

you can put it outside right now..it's not suppose to storm anytime soon in washington is it?? the cannabis plant is a very strong plant and can survive harsh conditions so i wouldn't really worry..if you put it outside give it like a 3 gallon or bigger to veg in then transplant at the beginning of june to the ground or a bigger pot..keep it green

Nah, Washington got the El Nina winds this year, so we basically gained an extra month of warm winter weather. It's just VERY rainy 3 days on with 1 day of mid to high 60's and sun. So probably not a good idea to transplant for another like 2 weeks then. Thanks for your input gentlemen!
