This is your Bushies at work. They are so afraid of losing power, that they must listen to everything and try and ferret out any dissenters. I'm sure I'm on some dissent list somewhere as I've been bashing Bushco for 7 freaking years.

if you want on the list all you have to do is send an email that says bin laden, the base, etc... send it to or from a yahoo, gmail or hotmail address to make sure they get a copy. seriously.

Are you saying my yahoo e-mail site has been compromised? Hey I've been on the FBI's watch list since 1973 when I did an article in Rolling Stone magazine protesting the Viet Nam war, even got my picture in there, remember that song about getting your picture in Rolling Stone, well I did, and I'm pretty sure I entered a data Base at that time. In fact I had dinner with a CIA agent in San Francisco. He claimed to be something else, but I knew what was up.

I don't see anything wrong with it as long as its responsibly used just to prevent terrorism. I bet that keeps them busy enough they don't have time to go looking for some guy growing a plant in his basement. But if they do i'll grab my gas can and head over to there office. :fire:

So, I guess they've got me figured out, just another pot growing Bush hating, anti-war liberal, peace loving ex-hippie, that has a shitpot full of guns and is military trained in their usage, and won't stand by and let them take them, while trying to talk sense to mindfucked right wingers on a marijuana site. I think that about sums it up.

I agree. Also has anyone read the Patriot Act? I sure haven't. It's a catch 22 for the government. They have to suspend our rights in order to look for domestic terrorism. If they don't people will complain about how the government isn't protecting us.

I wouldn't be too concerned if I was indexed in an NSA database as: "might" being a closet grower. However I would be worried if I was in the UK and grew commercially. There have been multiple ties to the street dealing scene in the UK and fund raising for terrorist cells.

I'm really on the fence as to if it's a positive thing for the government to be doing, but I can tell you the journalism is sensational bullshit.

Like I said earlier, have you read The Patriot Act? The 4th amendment is cited in the article. Do you recall the 2nd amendment?

"A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

The only purpose for a well regulated militia is to shoot the government if it gets out of line...

i've read some of it. honestly, i think they knew the patriot act would be destroyed by judges eventually but it does make them appear to be busy protecting us... this isn't new though.

have the dems totally forgotten about Echelon? clinton was illegally wiretapping citizens before it was so fashionable...

that's what most people don't get. we don't have a two party system, we are fighting a tag-team system. the dems come in and bulldoze us for a while, then the reps, then the dems.

Hey asshole, why have you made it your itinerary to fuck with me. I may be old, but I'm far from senile and I've held my own with Better "men" than you appear to be. I'd guess you're 40 something and think you know it all, well for us that do, you've got a lot to learn. hang in there, someday you'll get an epiphany, and realize you know absolutely nothing and that you are less than an ants fart to the universe. Then you can get on with running down your opponents, It really doesn't matter to me what you think of me, just thought I'd let you in on some wisdom, not that I think it will sink in. Oh yeah, did I mention your screen name is hilarious, Donnieosmond, HaHaHaHoHoHoHeHeHe~LOL~. what an idiot.

I love my country but

I fear my government.

Echelon is what is being discussed here.

It is a strange mind fuck 'they' put you in by saying - if you don't do anything wrong, then you don't have to worry.

We have seen this movie before, in the 1970's and the outcome was the FISA law. Now the riecht wants to do away with the law that was put into place for just this reason.

I'll take that from you as I've definently called you worse, But from donnieosmond, no way. I have upon occasion thought about kicking the real Donnie Osmonds fairy ass, a wannabee, NFW. He sounds like a cock gobbler from way back, ~LOL~, I hope GK doesn't get Pissed at me, but he's always talking about KAK gobbling.

I'm 23 and I'm just sharing my opinions as you freely share yours. I don't like Donnie Osmond and I've never even heard his music but I thought it was a funny name. I'm sorry I don't put more thought into my internet names, I have other priorities to concentrate on. For smoking as much as you claim you do, you are certainly way too on edge. :P
