we are going to need a little bit more details about the grow, but from the looks of it, it could be a nitrogen or magnesium deficiency. Or you may have nute burn caused by too high of a nutrients or overfeeding. Thats why we need more info

how long has it been growing...
how long has it looked like this...
what soil....
what lights...
water pH...
what nutrients...
any additives...

etc.

The plant has been growing for 3 weeks and 2 days
the soil is scoots premium potting soil
the lights are 4 cfl
I haven't been able to check the ph
I haven't gave any nutrients or additives other than water

Ok, let's see... The Scott's Premium has an NPK of .07 - .01 - .03, you have no additives, and you are using unbalanced/unchecked water from the tap. You my friend have a nitrogen deficiency for sure! You may also have a magnesium deficiency. Plus the pH may be too freakin high.

Now for the fix. Go to your nearest gardening store and buy a pH tester. Whether it's digital or just the strips, it won't matter. While you're there, buy yourself some different additives. Things like different guanos or manure, worm castings etc. will work. You could also just buy some non-organic nitrogen additives. The salesman will know what you need. Then when you get home, add the nitrogen building additives, use the pH tester to test the pH of your water and make sure it's somewhere around 6.5 then water like normal. If you bought non-organic ferts, then you will have to add them to the water prior to watering. Keep in mind that they will lower the pH so make sure to test the pH before and after. Your plant will bounce back in a few days.

Maybe someone else might want to chime in but I think that's enough info to get you back on track. Also, for further reference... don't use BS soils when your gonna grow the ganja. Stay away from Miracle Grow and Scott's. That's just an opinion though. Go for something as little more geared towards the ganj. Like Fox Farm Ocean Floor mix

Pretty much any guano or manure will have high nitrogen contents. (As long as it's meant for soil that is, lol)

Sunleaves House of Guano kit is great. The feeding schedule is very easy and the plants just love the teas. Especially if you use rain water. Its all that is needed for a nice grow.

If your average pH from the tap is too high to try and use nutes to bring it down, you may need to get some pH UP and pH DOWN to be able to control it. Here, click this > pH UP / pH DOWN <

i went to my nursery and the guy was a stoner so he helped out alot. i got some soil neutralizer and some plant hormones. he said that that was the best and the yellowing was from too much light(24hr)

TOO MUCH LIGHT ?!?!? From a few CFL's?? That guy has no idea what he's talking about. I don't care if he is your resident expert. Dude, if you want real deal info, come to the guys that know what they're talking about here on RIU. That guy is hack if he's giving you that kind of info. I guess if you want to take his word as gold, then go for it and your plant will DIE. I'm not BS'ing you bro. If you don't do the things I have mentioned, the plant will die. It's not from too much light, lmfao!! You barely have 100 ACTUAL watts and your lumens are probably at most 5000 lumens. Wow, people's stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

Too much light as in 24hours of light. I got a light timer to set it for 18/6 is that good? And could the 24 hours of light be causing the yellowing of bottom leaves ?

SO DONT THINK FOR A MIN YOU HAVE TO MUCH LIGHT. LISTEN TO HIM ABOUT THE NUTE ISSUE.... GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GROW...:joint:

I understood that just fine. I just got pissed that I keep coming back in and checking up on YOU to make sure YOUR grow makes it. Then you go and throw away everything I told you by listening to some freakin tool that obviously just smokes the shit and never grew it.

Now that my rant is over... I will say that getting the timer was a needed buy for later on anyway. You'll need to go 12/12 when you go to flower. Many people use different lighting cycles like 24, 20/4, 18/6... it's all a matter of what you prefer, not so much the plant. Ok, like I said, all you need to do is monitor your pH and add the very much needed nutrients at this point. You're wasting time. Your plant has been like this for about 3 days now. Honestly, the Technaflora Recipe for Success Starter Kit is the best thing for you at this point. I don't want you to waste any more money or time. Click that link and follow the directions. It also gives you a website for FAQ and different help links. Keep me posted bro. I'll be right here for you and your baby. If you can, post another pic so I can see how your girl is doing.

That was my first thought, except that he has NO nutrients, No additives, and the soil has shitty nute contents.

Sorry if you already stated it lol, but what kind of soil are you using..? It could also very well be a plant disease.
