Upward Curling, brown tips and yellowing? Please help

Bought fully rooted clones on dec.5 (5 days ago) and put them in 5gal pots mixed with FFOF and about 5 inches of Happy frog at the top (figured happy frog would be better for new roots)

I watered them the next day with tap water that was left out for 48 hours. I did not have a PH kit so i just watered it as is, im guessing the PH was a bit too high and locked out some nutrients from the soil. I dont know what else could be burning the tips because all other elements are fine

im running:

-(2) 600w MH- they are set at 50% on the dimmable ballast so its 300w right now
-79-81 degrees. Lights are about 24 inches away (or else its too hot)
-Humidity between 40-50%
-440 CFM intake and outtake fan.
-oscillating fan

my FF nutes and PH kit are coming Tuesday, im guessing i should set the PH to 6.5 and mix in half serving of big bloom and grow big and ease into it?

any advice would help thanks

I would do exactly as you guessed. I'm guessing you have lock out, cause pic 1 the veins of new growth are yellow, generally microdef, pic 2 interveinal chrolosis, probably Mg.. So I would flush them a bit.

It is a bit hot in there but thats not the issue, these clones you bought were sick yellow and generally in poor health and they took after good old mum.
Just keep it cool in there reduce watering/feeding and they should bounce back in a couple weeks. Next time have your own healthy green mum for cuttings.

how much they charging for clones these days?

i got 18 for $190

yea they didnt look too good when i got them but hopefully they will recover, the nutes and PH are coming tomorrow, do you think i should wait til the soil dries out before i feed them or should i use nutes right when they come?
