Dear Rollitup members,

I have some plants due to be picked, small autoflowers, . its kind of hard to get to them where they are outdoors, takes about an hour and a half of climbing. I unfortunately haven't taken super good care of them and mother nature has kind of fucked them over as it rains every day almost.

QUESTION: should I pick them today while its raining out or will this be bad considering they are wet.... or should I wait a couple days for them to dry out.... does it even matter? they are 2 weeks over due according to the seed to harvest time outlined by the seed co...

thanks in advance, plus rep to the first answer that I find worth reading

Pluck em now. Especially if there 2 weeks over due! Your gonna loose all the goodies in the crystals. Pluck and keep in dry place

Yea there def is such thing as over growing ur plants. Some people like picking a week before because theres higher thc levals compared to cbd. The longer u wait the more ur killing ur thc content.

Thc degrades into cbn over time and during overripening. I would say pick them asap before it degrades anymore as cbn is not nearly as effective as thc. On a side note if they aren't too far overripe your looking at one foggy high :)

i say you can never go by the crappy ass times that a breeder gives you to begin with... at best, they are a very rough estimate of when a plant CAN finish if it was given all of the proper everything... if somethings in the grow weren't up to snuff, so more rainy days than sunny, hotter than normal temps, high humidty etc.. any and all of these things can and do affect when your plants will finish for sure..
being two weeks over really isn't that bad ime... i'd wait a day or so till it wasn't raining so that they have a lil chance to dry out first before you cut them as it will surely cut down on any chances that you get any bud mold/ rot, and it will also speed up their drying times for sure..
