UNKNOWN STRAINS - Vegging for 2 weeks and a half (Pictures included!)

Hello peepz, I want to know what you guyz think about my plants with just 2 weeks and a half in vegetative? I used to have 30W+30W CFL lights with 18/6 cycle. But yesterday Ive changed to 12/12 with 250W HPS. Testing this "bonsai technique"

should it work, how healthy they are? (You may notice that one its like burned, but I think it was from the first nutt that I did apply. However, it was a half than the product supplier said to. Weird, but it was probably coz' she was so young to take nutts. Anyway...

My temperature is a little to HIGH... but I dont know how to solve this problem...

not sure if it is the light of a nitrogen deficiency
