Unhealthy plants

i have two GSC plants that I popped from a seed and in the past week I've noticed a lot of slower growth and both stems are turning red and the leaves are droppy and almost stiff in a way..... I water them every 4-5 days and they're in potters gold soil in 3 gal smart pots

Hows the soil look? Is there enough aeration in there. Could you be over saturating the pots when watering?

Probably about a 1/4 gal I'd say honestly. But Idk if it's just because it's more soil but when I had them in solo cups it had awesome aeration but when I transplanted them into 3 gal containers it seemed like it took a lot of water to have run off, not sure though because this is my first grow. And I'm never sure if the bottom of the pot is dry. The temp is 73-75 degrees lights on and 70degrees lights off and humidity is around 55-60%

Sounds like you have perfect growing conditions. How big are the plants right now? How long they been in 3 gallon pots?

My two GSC I popped from seeds have been in them for 3 weeks but the clones were transplanted last Friday and they took it pretty hard. They don't look too good either. I'll definitely pop from seeds and clone my own from now on.

Ok so your dirt looks good from what i can see. Nice set up by the way. Sometimes in my experience with clones they do sometimes go through a transplant funk. Which includes a little drooping. My next question because i don't want to fuck you up, but do you think your under watering and their drooping from being thirsty? We've alread established your not over saturating. So just wondering.

That might a problem. How dry should the bottom of my pot be before I water because I know the 2 top inches are dry before I water
