Uneven distribution of Bud

So im growing outdoors,

I got two plants and their both hermaphrodites, i got the seeds from some really seedy bag weed.

Anyway, overall they actually look really healthy! Its just one thing that is bugging me for a few weeks now.

my plant is budding from bottom up! Its looks so strange, cause the bottom buds look nearly ready, while to top buds look like their still in pre-flowing. I bought a 100X microscope to see what was happing, i looked through it and this is what i saw (picture in file)

so the trichomes are already turning amber and the little hairs are retreating and turning brown ish ! I cut that little section of bud and started to dry it.. Now im seeing more buds looking exactly like the ones i cut off..

Im super confused at the moment.. cause every video i watch, there plants look ready as a whole. not little sections at a time.

Should i just cut all the buds that look ready.. or leave it until the whole plant looks good?

show a pic of the whole plant and describe your set up for more accurate analysis.

i think the 12 hour dark period was interfered with on that plant, it would be my first guess.

Oh i never thought of that.
