the snow you see in my avatar is in northern bc where i work in the winter thats my blasting pack lol.. but the lake freezes up in January or February here sometimes depending if we get a cold or mild winter we still auger holes in the ice for ice fishing so its not hard to get water still, the weather has been strange here the last few years.. we used to get that much snow it would be drifted up to the roof of peoples houses thats not so likely anymore only the odd winter now do to climate change or whatever lol.. but the springs never freeze from what i remember so either way we should be ok in that sense.. heres a medium pic of a section on the lake.
