Can you just attach a plug to this 200 watt underfloor heating and off we plug and play?

I’m not sure
Mine is by hydrofarm and my stat has to be powered first
Edit
Bit of advice cover it with a towel I use a beach towel top and bottom as it helps even the heat

Yeah i have seen the distribution mats.... Can't you just have a plug on it and have it on timer at lights off? Or are they only wired for a stat? I can put a plastic block raising them up, raising up away from too much warmth.

I have two four footers but they are for clones and seedlings
My rooms are conditioned

I have grew strawberry rado , karmarado og , headstash , sour power og , skullcap all monster killer plants - headstash was amazing , a wrecked headhigh with no body. They grow themselves.
