U.S. military action in Venezuela is possibility if 'required': Pompeo

“Military action is possible. If that’s what’s required, that’s what the United States will do,” Pompeo said in an interview with Fox Business Network, but added that the United States would prefer a peaceful transition of power in Venezuela.”

For the sake of “democracy” mind you. Has nothing to do with their petroleum reserves. Soon we’ll be hitting Iran for Bibi and the Saudis while engaging in Venezuela for Exxon.

Following Pompousass’s announcement regarding American military intervention:

“Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo by phone that further “aggressive steps” in Venezuela would be fraught with the gravest consequences, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.

Lavrov also condemned what he called the United States’ “interference” in Venezuela’s internal affairs as a breach of international law, adding that dialogue between all political forces is required in the Latin American country.”

By phone. Not by a letter or a tweet.

What the fuck does that mean?
That the USA has a moral right to attack another sovereign nation in South America, just like we have done on numerous occasions in the past to advance American interests.
Stay the fuck out of their shit, it's their country, we have no right to say a fucking thing.

Expect gasoline prices to rise quickly and by a lot. Trump said he called OPEC and told them they must increase output.

First on that claim nobody at OPEC spoke to the lying sonofabitch. Next what would make anyone think that the self-appointed “Royal Prince” of SA would do anything to help Americans out?

It's nice that he said the US would prefer a peaceful transition. That's very nice. Would been better if he hadn't talked about "military action". These guys should have been paying attention during history class.

The idea isn't to "win" wars. It's to start them and then milk some profit from both sides of the situation.

But might makes right.

And corporate profits.
