tying plant down!!!

I was needing some advice for tying down plants at what size can i start tying down the plant and how often do i need to go readjust the line to let the plant grow and is a ll i do is just tie to the top of the plant do i need to top it thanks alot for any help

you can start any time. even a small seedling you can bend completely over 90 degrees with a paperclip or something. readjusting is not needed but once you start tying you'll end up with strings going all over. just start experimenting!

no need to top the plant and your method sounds fine
