Two headed plant without any cutting?

I have three plants in my indoor grow and they have split into two tops without even cutting on them straight out the seed first node. Has anyone seen this before

I had it happen when using a free fertilizer I got a promo code for here on riu, I can't remember what the name was but they were a sponsor here, they'd send a nice bag of fert if you paid shipping. It was a great fertilizer but it caused weird stuff like that to happen and it had magic mushroom spores in it and one day about 2 weeks after the 1st use I had big ass mushrooms growing under my plants canopy. I think it had some pgr's in it or something. One of my plants made three branches at each node, although it could have been genetic. I popped more seeds from that bag and 2 of my plants have that same triploid mutation. Weird looking little fuckers I tell you.
