Two grow tents - one for vegging, one for flowering. Your thoughts?

Being a medicinal patient, I recently decided to start growing in order to supply my own medicine instead of relying on the dispensary.

Here is my situation...
Right now I own one grow tent (22" x 36"), a 240w LED (TaoTronics TT-GL14), and two Dual Spectrum Mini Lotus 125W CFLs.
After researching and seeing the results that the Area 51 LED produces... I just pre-ordered the new 2014 Area 51 LED which has a max coverage of 3.25" x 3.25". That should be here any week now.

I was thinking about vegging with my 22" x 36" grow tent and then purchasing another 36" x 36" grow tent for flowering.

I'll veg with the 240w LED in the center with a CFL on both sides. I'd be flowering solely with the new Area 51 LED.
The plan would be to have plants vegging and flowering at the same time and cycle through so there's fresh crop twice as often. Does this make sense?

Does this sound like a good idea? Would I be better off with a different size flowering tent? Should I use the CFLs for flowering instead of vegging?
Let's hear your thoughts.

need bigger flower tent, may be a 4x4, because when plants start flowering they strech & get bigger

ditto, flowering plants get a lot bigger, so this is a common set up. however if you want to keep a shaded propagator in your veg tent, you will need the extra room. as a general rule, your veg plants will roughly double in size while flowering, both in width and height. so just accommodate in your mind's eye how big you will need your flowering tent to be, and get one slightly bigger than that to allow room for kit and error :)
