Twisted leaves

I watered my plants last night because soil was dry to first knuckle... the leaves looked fine, maybe a little dry. but when I woke up they looked like this. The first pic is a girl scout cookie. And the other 2 are sour diesel. Using fox farm ocean forest. 5gal pots. 95 watt hydro farm high output flouro fixture. And I'm using grow better, 2 part vegging nutes from RX green solutions. My Temps are 77 degrees farenheit and my humidity is at 56. I'm sure I need like 65 70 humidity but I have no humidifier. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That humidity is fine, I try to get mine down to around 40%

Just a tip - don't water at night or before lights off, water in the morning if you can to keep overnight humidity down. It'll help prevent problems

Ugly fucker isnt it?
Endless amount of issues, overwatering, underfeeding and worst of all 95 watt fluro giving you too much stem and lacking vigor.
Next grow try a different medium, strain and much better lighting.
