Nice, he likes the advantage of a small amount of lp's has for the large canadian producers, and doesnt like US, non federal, state to state model as it results in a larger amount of smaller sized producers. Who likes competition when you can cartel with a few larger producers, trying to mimick RoBelUs. The guys a real piece of work.

they are taking their time for sure but getting it right....they'd have to ask people "in the know" to learn how to monitor it. i am not sure how they arrive at their plant count but it's really weird in my opinion
I think the lps could be the wholesale market imo for the world. top quality production sites, with the right growers, grow killer. then the taxed part of retail and everyone makes money.
the system is just fucked but we are at least getting to stages like huge commercial sites, thats serious shit people, like it or not its unheard of in the world, we have the largest indoor sites ever.
except the Toronto Molson brewery back in 93ish.

I'm not sure who you would suggest we let "go near legalization" then? The fascist dictator will not legalize, but will be happy to collect the taxes from mmj (and the paper bags of money being slid under the table). Mulcair will not legalize anytime soon, but a definite improvement over the CONs. The Liberals are the only ones promising legal and regardless of your political leanings, if you are pro-weed, there's only one choice. You sound like you advocate maintaining prohibition...something that only benefits organized crime.

That's too funny if you seriously think trudeau is going to legalize whilst simultaneously saying his motivation for doing it is to save the children from it. It's an empty promise at this point and it won't look any different than at most unilateral six plant tolerance. That'd in effect be very little different than Mulcair's "decriminalize", except one is backed with purely hot air for the sake of ephemeral populism.
The fact is, one supports full domestic surveillance while the other supports personal liberty and the respect of inalienable human rights.
