I would disagree as this being a extension to the application. I would think every facility needs to go through the same scrutiny. Im sure every other pending LP has boiling blood rite now.

Not true. Aphria has been approved, AbbCann has been approved, and an as-yet-unnamed LP in BC has been approved. And no new LOI's? What do you base that on?
This is all news to me, except the fact that AbCann was full approval status on April 1st.
I have no idea what's going on at Aphria - their website says they're still in the approval process, so it's likely that they haven't actually had their product tested for the final approval.

Do you have other information?

pretty sure the same thing applies to every other LP, it's easier to get an expansion approved as compared to a whole new company getting an approval for an independent site

They want expansions but they cannot even produce good buds with what they have now... Hahahaha or even fill the space they have now tworp or sorry tweed is only using 10% of his original building and now he can grow in a green house. Why r they not being held responsible to produce medical cannabis not expansions of greed?? Where the fuck is the resonabile access to medicine the Harper government promisised!!!

Peace

Probably because HC is the governing body and HC doesn't believe in Cannabis as medicine.
1 + 1 = they probably don't give a shit how good the product is. The lawsuit isn't focused on bud quality from what I understand, they're focused on the lawsuit.

PS: Conjecture

if they can't get indoor growing proper, greenhouse will be much harder to avoid bugs, mildew, mold .....
