if you had a female plant and wanted seeds could you turn it hermie and produce seeds?

Why would you want to? The majority of the seeds would have male or hermie traits. Now if you used silvered nitrate to induce seeds, you would be producing feminized seeds. I would not purposely stress a plant for seeds. It is also bad for breeding. If you want seeds, get some male pollen, available online from Canada...
