Durying the 4th week of 12/12 in soil,could you turn the clock back?So instead of coming on at say 6pm until 6am,they come on at 5pm until 5am.Would it strees the plant in anyway?

Do it over 2 days time...setting back 30 minutes a day.

No...an hour is enough...changing the light schedule too much will strees your plants, and possible turn them hermie. Just go back 1 hour and they won't barely notice.
