I would say just keep it on a 24hr light schedule. Flowering is triggered when the days start to get shorter say in like Sept-Oct. As for indoor you would have to put them on 12/12 to induce flowering. Basically your mimicking mother nature.

Now some strains are auto-flowering meaning............ they will flower regardless of the light schedule but these strains usually have to be purchased.

switch the lights on 18/6 as the 6 hours dark gives them a chance to get rid of the old nutes and make more .it takes the plant 2 weeks to return to veg mode.what i do is give them a 4 weeks veg altogether and wait and see the return fuck me its great.u can regenerate a plant up to 2 years in all to do is leave enough about a foot with some small buds on it so cut it down to a foot u will have to flush for 3 days then give lets say regain a root helps the plant regain roots fast.take cuttings as they will be as old as when u first started.so the smoke becomes stronger and u can double your yield you wont be sad lets say that.it saves u having to have a veg room so u can have 2 rooms on the go all the time tell me how u get on.........garry

they r in allot of stress the dark period gives it a chance to heal it self with 24/7 its going to take longer.its ok 24/7 after clone stage as this will result in faster growth but not at the regenerate stage.its ok after 2 weeks after .... the stress period is over thats why i give regainaroot 2 help releve the stress its harder when the lights r on 24/7
