I'm not an affiliate with the company in any way, I'm simply a turboklone advocate and supporter. Post any pictures of your success with a turboklone

I have a 24 site turboklone and am fully convinced that if it isn't the best cloner available then it is a sure way of getting many clones quickly.

If you don't know what a turboklone is, it's an aeroponic clone system that has a patented fan design that blows air across the developing root nubs to accelerate growth. here is a picture of a turboklone and its fan technology

id love a turbokloner but they arent cheap, and i agree with you, id rather build it cheaper and use the $$$ saved elsewhere lol

Certainly.
Nothing fancy. Timer is even just a 15ON/15OFF schedule. Has worked flawlessly for years. Simple 1/2" black hydro vinyl tubing manifold with sprayers.
Use a tea bag mesh filter to keep it spraying clog free. Roots in 10days.

Long time ago I did read so much BS (not you UpstateGarden) but from the makers of Turboklone.

Cold temperatures are not always good for roots. As long as the temperature does not get to high, it is better to warm up your water a bit.
Just keep it in a certain bandwith. The temperature is mostly depending on the room the cloner is in anyway.

There is also plenty of oxygen in any tote or bucket. Roots of such small clones hardly need any oxygen. So 'blowing fresh air' in the chamber is useless.

DO with sprayers? Give me a break. That is not how sprayers work. The roots get 99% of their oxygen in gaseous state. The roots only need to get wet to absorb this oxygen.

Roots also don't need to be sprayed 24/7. It can even cause stems to become soft (or how do you call that)
If your pumps run every few minutes for a short time it is ok. or 15/15 or 15/30 or whatever.

This whole device is just meant to attract people who have no clue how cloning works to buy an overpriced and useless product.
Or people who are afraid to miss out on something.

Just build it yourself like Airwalker did.

Was curious about your cloner.
Did you make the manifold in bottom of pail yourself?
If so can you point me to parts I would use or if pre-made where I might get one?
Also wondered what size air pump would be needed to run it?
I have pails, lids, air pump 4 port not sure the watts similar to this

It's not an air pump... Water pump only. And yes uts just black hydro tubing 1/2". Some tees and elbows, and 4 spray heads screwed In to some holes a but smaller than needed so its tight.

Foam inserts are cheap from eBay. Came with some tiny netpot too but I don't need them. You can cut them out of a kneeling board too. But it's really not hard. And yes, from the dollar store they sell cake holders with hear top that just so happens to be the EXACT same diameter as the buckets lid. So that's on the first few days with a daily spray and exchange of air.

nice, are the spray heads 90 degree, I know there are many types just wanna make sure I understand your system

I mean, they fit absolutely PERFECT. It's really quite unbelievable. I can't think of really anything else that would work better for a humidity dome for a bucket lid besides some company actually manufacturing one, which isn't happening.
Also, I cut 2 small holes in the sides of it about 1/2"X1/2" that I cover with tape the first 3-4 days. Then I remove it for another few days, and then I remove the lid entirely as I mentioned before.

You can house rooted clones in it for quite a while as well. Just gotta be sure to change out the water to some 2-300 ppm RO nutrient water with a bit of extra CalMag where I'm using 6500K LEDs. One bars plugged in while rooting and then all 4 once I replace the water.
The nice thing too is it is just too easy to clean. Upon dumping the water once you've used the clones, a quick wipe dry with a clean towel, is basically it. Remove the inserts, spray down that lid. Soak the inserts and filter bag In scalding hot water over night, and pump some clean hot water through the pump and manifold. Clear out the sprayers. Done and ready for another round of cuttings.

I do understand that people want to make money and start a business, but one could say that Turboklone is misleading the public.
They must know better and they probably do.

The constant flow of fresh air is There is a spray jet orientation that must be used for these aeroponic cloners... see the pictureimage.jpg

Take a look at the handles located outside of the container’s reservoir. This allows mobility and makes the unit easy to move if needed. It takes less water which means it’s lightweight and has a fantastic center of gravity

ROFL. I literally open the lid maybe twice in the entire ten days. Root rot comes from High temps. Get out of here man, you're uneducated.
