Over the course of the past week I have been constructing my new flowering box.

It measures in at 4x6, and its 8 feet tall. I have been constructing it from 2x2's and 1/2" OSB plywood. I am not a skilled carpenter, but this did come out being real sturdy, and I really like it.

I havent completed the inside yet, but the next steps will be to silicon all joints and cracks, and put up my poly sheeting. I got hooked up with a 10x30 roll for $10. Around the door there will be weather stripping to create a seal, and some nice latches.

I originally had 2x 600 Watt hps in mind to put in the box, but I am now thinking of just putting a 1000 in there.

I haven't decided yet where to put my ventilation ducting yet. I had the idea to use 2-step ventilation., but I'm starting to think I can just do a passive system sucking through the Hood.

My question for you guys is where you recommend cutting the ducting holes, and if you think a passive system could cool my space with the wattage I have. The room had central a/c and I can just control the ambient temperature any way I want.

Ill probably rewrite this into a grow log once its finished.
