trying to tie or bend plants???

I've never attempted to bend or tie down the stems before what will happen to the plant other than the lower height?

my plants are about 3 1/2 foot tall in an available 6 ft room so now is the time for height control I think. I moved from hps to cfl to go completely stealth. they are 2 weeks into flowering.

to I gently start to bend them slowly slowly or just break it over????? help

Na my dude should have done all your bending and LST before you started flowering. I'm afraid your'e just gonna have to let her do her thing now unless you wanna reveg which is gonna add time to yor grow.

thanks cap. I have my old flowering room still standing so I might have to just move it out there if it gets too unmanageable, but it is the opposite of stealth lol, anyways thanks for the input

id like to know about this two...when n how shuld bending and tying down be performed?
