Trying to solve over watering issue....

So my plants are definatly over waterd. The gauge on my moisture meter is in the wet zone. Do i cut watering out period till it comes down? Or do i just water with a smaller amounts so that the plant can still get its nutes????

just leave it m8, wen the pots are light again then water. repeat thi sthe whole time of ya grow. overwatering will slow ya growth m8. i only waer wen pots are light normally about 4 days or so inbetween. gd luck they will be fine jus let em dry right out now. too much moisture can encourage root damage.

if you poke enough holes on the side towards the bottom of your container its impossible to overwater
