Need to check the PH of Soil.
Also tell us whats in the soil? Any additives, neuts, etc.
What kind of lighting and how close is it to the plant?
Give us as much info as possible.

i knt check the ph right now because i dnt have the tester but the plant is 2 feet 1 in and the light is about 8 or 9 in away from the plant
also im using 150w cfl using 30w im only using one since its a small room and it reflects the light every where andyea i have the timer set for 12 12 but this just started happening today

Lift your pot, is it heavy?
Anyways, you water everyday, not good for the plant. This keeps the soil wet all the time. It really needs a chance to dry out especially since a dry soil will let the roots breath, and they like oxygen.
Instead of watering everyday w/ a small amount of water, try going 3-4 days inbetween waterings and then giving them a good watering. When the pot is light it's tiem to water again. Once you let your soil dry a bit you will see the plant perking up.

Exactly, it looks over watered to me too. Like brasmith said, water when it needs it, not on a schedule

my cfls are about one inch from the plants with no problems
thats overwatering or a serious pH lockout and its starting to die now, even though it kinda looks like nute burn.
u HAVE to have ur pH tested and adjusted every time u water. it looks big though, so its prob overwatering.
i had problems like that, now i let it go so long its dry like freeking sand....they love dry and wet periods....let me know....

Your pot should be on the light side except for right after being watered. It should lighten up daily. You may have to go longer than 2-3 days for your soil to lighten up, depends on how warm your grow room is, how fast your plants are drinking, and how big the pots are that your plants are in.
