Truncating, can someone please help me out with this?

i thought ive heard of alot of different shit, but ive never heard of truncating.

check out the shot glass grow forrum.. me and a ton of other people are growing a plant from seed straight into 12/12 cycle its a competition we are having it can be done and has been done
a lot of times if not taken care of properly though they will get root bound i advise u to try it

Funny thing, I'm actually subscribed to that forum, I just haven't attempted to grow one in a shot glass myself.
You see, I'm running low on money, so, I found some red cups lying around. Thats what my little girl is growing in. Perhaps she will get root bound and grow short as well?
This shot glass thing is intriguing. I think I should attempt it.

NO, bad call to feed. especially if theres nutes in the soil already. whats the details? how old is it? you shouldnt be giving them ANY nutes untill they have thier second or third set of true leaves. the yellowing you speak of could easily be nute burn, or overfeeding. it could also be a Ph problem...are you checking the Ph?

I don't have any ph equipment.
She's about 3 weeks old. And she has 5 leaves fixing to shoot her second pair. I water only when dry.

get some Ph drops, about $8. maintaining proper Ph is essential.
