Well, technically daddy has the power of the pardon, at least for federal crimes.

It is an untested power though when it comes to pardoning a co-conspirator. Would this scotus rule a conflict of interest negates the power or let it ride as a constitutional mandate?

My guess is this scotus will take an originalist view and let pardons stand. Then its up to the states, and statutes of limitations are flying along.

And nobody will be able to touch them if they are in a country that won't extradite them.
