Im still upin the air on that one. I know I want to be using only 1 panel to veg all the girls with because
one will the vegging just fine and using more than one panel would be a waste in veg I think. But as for which one will be doing the vegging, haven't decided yet. The apache is the big question mark her as I'm wondering how well the white:red combo will veg them out, whereas I know the diamond will veg superbly and I can run them on veg mode for the first week then go full spectrum for second week of veg...arrrgghh I can't decide...as I'm talking myself through this right now, my curiosity is telling me to veg under the apache...or would you rather see the comparison happen in veg too? Im open to doing whatever people want to see.

Strictly Led my friend. I used to veg under 4ft T5s but I seem to get faster, more impressive growth under the Leds. I also like that i was able to replace a 4ft fixture with one much smaller in size.

Apache for vegging it is then. I was assured that the red:white combo would veg just as well as the red:blue so I'm not really worried, just a tad concerned since it's uncharted territory. I have faith though.

So the TBB is all trimmed and in the jars curing. No clue what the weight is as I seem to have misplaced my scale or forgot who I loaned it to...if I can't find it by the time the HP is dry I'll just suck it up and buy a new one...HP is scheduled to lose their heads in approx 5 hours...by tonight I hope to have my next round all setup. I have a couple tweaks to my nutrient solution next round I'm thinking about trying out. Overdrive worked very well as a late flower booster, so I'm either going to keep using that (pricey so looking for other options) or try another product like m.o.a.b. or phosphoload or shooting powder (anyone have experience with any of those??). Also have done a lot of reading about silica products and I'm going to try adding that in to see how it affects the plant's structure. I've read only good things about adding it in.We'll see, I have a trip planned to the hydro shop later this afternoon to get some supplies.

Hash Passion harvest pics. I tried to snap a couple shot of the harvest but more than half the pics didn't turn out so here's the best of the photos. Not all nugs are shown, I have about 4 hangers filled with branches like these. Been drying for almost 24 hours, should be totally dry around Tuesday.

Sneak Peak at the next round. 3 Ken's Kush clones. Very excited about this round as these are some of the healthiest looking clones I've started out with in quite some time. They were out of the Ken's Granddaddy and Ken's Cookies, so I have to check back later this week...I really don't like growing all one strain so if I can't get either of those clones sometime this week, I'll have to choose a different new strain for the second half.

P.S...Somebody a few pages back asked about Ken's Granddaddy seeds and I replied back saying I had never seen any...well, apparently I'm full of shit because they have them on attitude seed bank...it just wasn't being called "Ken's" but Granddaddy Purple Seeds is the producer: https://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/granddaddy-purple-seeds-original-grand-daddy-purple/prod_779.html

Got my other 3 clones today...mixing it up a bit and added in (2) Strawberry Coughs and (1) Atomic Northern Lights...probably should have gotten all Atomics but oh well. So that makes it (3) Ken's Kush, (2) Strawberry Cough, and (1) Atomic Northern Lights for my next round. New journal up today. Weigh in for current round by Friday then this thread will fade into oblivion.

I was going to tell you that but I thought you were talking about some clone only variety. LOL And I smoked some of that K's Grandaddy Purple a few months ago when "the" friend got some and that stuff was rockin. Made quite an impression on me. Some people bash purples, but there's no way they would bash this stuff. And how far is the Apache from the clones BTW?

Yeah ken estes' genetics are always top notch. Both panels were sitting at 24 inches yesterday, but something is wrong with this round. The kush hasnt really perked up since transplanting, leaves are a bit droopy, but nothing compared to the strawberry and northern lights, this morning those were wilting over bad...not sure what the issue is...only things I've done differently this round is add a tiny bit of superthrive and silica blast. My gut is telling me its not the superthrive, so I'm thinking either the silica (which is actually supposed to strengthen the plant structure), sprayed too much magic green, or the apache is just way too intense for seedlings or cuttings at that distance. that, or im also thinking the difference from the clone room at the dispensary's level of humidity was so much higher than in my room, they may be wanting more humidity? So Im only using the diamond for veg until these hopefully recover or until I can pinpoint what's causing the wilting. If they aren't perked up by the time I get home from work I might need to scrap the new girls and start over...

Yeah I feel you coz when things don't go spot on in the garden it's so debilitating .... LIFE IS A GARDEN for growers ahahaha! It's prob way too much we should relax and enjoy the ups and downs not only the ups .... showing your results on the net play it's role on that. Hope you'll have that fixed the soonestbongsmilie

Don't stress Puff..........Kinda interested to see what's going on (pics?)..........and I don't like superthrive/just my opinion...........good luck

You sure it isn't transplant stress??........or does this look different to you.............shouldn't be the silica though, strange/idk.....need pics

I'll get some pics up later tonight whether they've improved or not. I sure hopeit is just shock from transplanting, but I can also see it being due to not getting winged off the high humidity levels or the apache being too intense for cuttings st that distance. If they recover, I'll move them back under the apache and raise the light.
