Pull them anytime from now on. I probably wouldn’t leave them too much longer than a week. They look awesome
Don't listen to this this advice its terrible.

The buds look nice, but clearly have at least 3 weeks left to go from all the fresh white stigma growth happening. They are still trying to grow bud for you, and then they need to swell, and ripen still if you want to have the best quality and quantity possible.

Don’t listen to this advice it’s clearly a cry for help. Emotions possibly stemming from a troubled Father(Mothers brother)/Son relationship. We often see this when an uncle/dad figure abruptly leaves a child’s life. In many cases it turns out ok for the child later in life as the uncle/father often returns with another father to form whats called a ‘plural parenting’ situation.

Funny how people are quick to give you advice when to harvest when these photos don’t say anything about trich maturity. A closer look at the trichs will help decide. Nice work! Your buds looks amazing.

I was quick to give advice without trichome pictures because trichomes are the last sign of when a plant is ripe, not the first. Unless the other signs are showing looking at trichomes is pointless.

Trichs are the last indicator? Other signs? Lol.

Triches are only one piece of puzzle. Calyx will swell / pistils will recede / color off / buds harden off .

Plant may even slow down or even stop drinking - it is extremely hard to harvest “ too late “. Besides many triches can amber after chop too.

Those so-called 8 week strains is just marketing crap.
Plants run the show , they give zero shits about calendars- they finish when they finish regardless of how long.

Not sure what you are saying "LOL" too. Budzbuddha already elaborated on the subject some, there are several signs of maturity that should be looked at. Trichomes happen to be the last of those. I've grown thousands of plants, and Ive never seen a healthy plant that was properly ripened but was still covered in white stigma. The maturation process takes weeks not days.

Here is the write-up that I usually share with new growers to help them understand the maturation process.

"The signs of ripeness are pretty standard for cannabis plants.

First a few of the pistils begin turning color and start receding. Your plant is just starting to ripen. Depending on the strain you could still have two months to go. We're just starting this journey.

Two to four weeks later you'll notice that most of the pistils(>80%) have now changed color and curled back into the bud. It's frosty, way bigger than it was a few weeks ago(aren't you glad you waited), and smells dank! It's time, right? Not a chance killer. Patience is a virtue.

Over the next 2-3 weeks it doesn't look much different, maybe a little more swelling in the calyxes, and the rest of the pistils change over, but the stems are starting to bend under the weight of the buds. These ladies are putting on weight internally by adding density and now the buds are doing their final ripening.

Now you begin looking at trichomes, on the calyx, not the leaves, and harvest according to your preference. When looking at trichomes it’s essential to look at them from the side. The bulbous heads can magnify the opaque stalk under it. Looking from the side allows you to more accurately see the condition of the resin in the trichome head.

There is still no rush to harvest, the window just opened, and you have several weeks before you MIGHT start having to think about it possibly beginning to get too ripe. It takes WEEKS for plants to mature not days.

It is very easy to harvest a plant to early. It is very hard to harvest a plant to late. I’ve never seen someone accidentally wait too long. "

I still believe my response to another’s response clearly comes out on top. So good day gentlemen
lmao your response to me was pointless and way off base, just like your suggestion for when to harvest his plant. Glad you thought you were funny though. Hope you have a great day too.

You guys are bitchy about plants. Generally the pistils would make me think it had a while to go, but I have a Tropicana cross that looks kinda similar and will still show some white pisitls at 12-14 weeks, so I would call this one done.

Kind of hard to tell when the foxtailing is hiding the older growth. But do you really think it's done at 8 weeks?
