hah mirrors are 50/50 with me, i can say that while on shrooms i like to listen to music while watching a movie...but acids a whole different story. if its nice out you should go out in the yard or wherever your trippin and enjoy nature. its hard to say what you should do tho...just as long as you enjoy it you should have a blast.

mirrors are fine if you are okay with a very intense and introspective experience. For a first time.. be somewhere comfortable, be with people you trust (if you are to be with people), avoid areas of conflict and people that may cause unfomfortable situations (cops, parents, etc.). I like to be outside and fully recommend it. Personally, make a playlist you really like beforehand.. I like calm, relaxing music that allows me to really get into my head. Also, be open to the experience.. don't try to guide the experience, let it guide you; don't resist what it brings you, accept it.

People like mirrors because they can be really fun looking at yourself, and feeling really good, while tripping, but really its just a waste of time. as is looking in the mirror most of the time You only really need a mirror for little things like shaving, doin ur hair, or other shit like on cars for example, yet somehow they manage to make there way everywhere. You should listen to the song by Living Legends called Black Glass. Listening to this while tripping, will most definitely not be a waste of time. You'll find being productive will give you a much better insight on things. Think about what you want to do before you trip, like going for a walk in nature, maybe riding a bike like Albert Hoffman, or my personal favorite, smoking hookah and cigarettes for hours on end, while talking with your friends

Good point, and no cigarettes are not what is introspective, TALKING to people however is. And yes looking at yourself in the mirror on acid is just as much of a pointless ass thing to do any other day. Ever gone to the gym and after a few weeks felt like you were looking cut and more attractive? if you have then i guaranteed you staired at the mirror and thought how nice it was just to stare at your own body. But there is nothing fuckin introspective about looking at the mirror, thats all the hype you have around acid, thinking its some kind of mystical sacred piece of paper.

i wouldnt say this is true at all,i can safely say ive been caught by the mirror a couple of times after taking a drink from the tap,the mirror is above the sink,i have seen some pretty fucked up/strange things

Yeah thats true, i looked in the mirror once on shrooms, I started staring at my self just listening to my music and like dancing to the music, thinking i was so cool, but like 20 minutes later i had a super bad trip, and had like the worst headache the next day felt so shitty. I say that tho simply because theres way better shit to do, for some reason smoking hookah my first trip was like the best thing ever, and my second trip i smoked like a pack of my friends cigarettes, lol. the 3rd time i decided to go on a 5 mile run. Stupidest thing i've ever done, when I stopped running all the pressure went to my head and it felt like my mind was split into 2 pieces, craziest shit. But seriously thats 2 out of 3 trips that could have been an amazing experience, but weren't cause I did pointless shit. Meditation I'm sure would feel quite amazing also
