While it's not all that good on your body, the safest way to do it is to consum 300mg-700mg's of Dextromethorphan ONLY. Find a product that ONLY contains DXM. Zycam Cough spray is the bomb! just rip the top off and drink.
Robitussin Gel caps are another good method.

purchase VIcks Formula 44 Custom Dry Cough.
it has ONLY dxm and no inactive ingredients in it.
a whole bottle is 354mg of dxm which makes for a great trip.

when it comes to pharmaceuticals, know your shit. they are made by man to effect the human body, and almost always do damage when abused.
 
and be especially careful with things that contain basic pain killers like acetaminophen cause yeah the 15 pills of dextro might be cool but if it has tylenol in it you might just fuck your liver with the amount...the drug giving you the high may not be the ingredient that can kill u...research tylenol toxicity and body weights... you dont know if your oding on it for up to 4 days which you determine by either liver failure or death.
