Trimming plant

Well i decided to trim my plant cause it seemed to have way to many leaves and i didn't think it would let enough light in. i don't know if i messed it up or not. i heard its good and bad. let me know what you think.

ill take a pic in a week to show you how it turned out bad or good

How, in your imagination, did you envision that not enough light was getting through?

That OG plant is no different than my original Jack Herer plant.

I have my Grandmom JH plant under CFL, and she's only 14" tall. She's crazy bushy.

know that buds don't need light... it is the leaves that absorb the spectrums and transfer that to the sites.

On these tight plants, fan leaves are critically important (imho).

Don't overthink. Top and train but leave the leaves. She will be fine but keep it simple as possible. Leaves absorb light. Light is energy. If she gets too many, they will die off. I train the fuck put of mine and it causes some leaves not get light. When they are ready to come off, they do so with a gentle pull.

oh ok well i guess you learn as you go. lesson learned. thats why i only did one plant and not the others. but i had heard if you trim it down the buds get bigger. but i guess some people have better luck with things than others. hopefully it just grows new ones and keeps on growing.

but i won't be doing this again :)
