Trim this leaf or not? help me plz

my friend has told me that i should chop this leaf because it is take a lot of the potential energy for the lower leaves. I just want to make sure this is a good move because it is the biggest leaf on the plant and i dont want to do any serious dmg. It is the leaf on the left, it was once the main stem, but with some training and all that fun stuff its just off to the side. the plant has been growing for 21 days now!

I cant tell anything from the pic really cause im a newbie also but i can tell you that i had a similar problem not long ago my plant almost died and the two biggest fan leaves never recovered and they were huge and ugly so i cut them off by the advice of this site and my girl is flourishing now it didnt affect her one bit but you still might not want to do it till someone with more experiance comes along and tells you what to do i am just giving you what happened to me...hope that helped any at all

Don't remove any leaves until they come off with a gentel tug .

tell your friend u dont need that kind of dumb newbie advice only remove if it is dead or no chance to survive

well to be fair ive seen his harvests and he knows what hes doing, i just wanted to get other peoples advice before i just started chopping away

If it is green leave it on. Only remove dead and dying leaves.

because i feel that gathering a whole bunch of different peoples advice and taking the parts i want from it is the best way to learn something. When he told me to cut it off I was hesitant thats why I came here, cuz everyone is awesome. I was just defending him because I dont think hes a newbie, he has been giving me great advice thats all

ok i do the same ask many then weigh the advice for what makes most sense and if his shit is dank just think how better it would be if he didnt cut off leaves
