Trim Lower Branches Late Flower?

My plants are about 6-7 weeks into flowering. Can I trim the lower branches and not cause a decrease in yield?

Would it cause less stress if I spread the cuttings out on each plant?

Plus I want a taste

I only trim lowers if it's obvious that they won't make it to the canopy.
But I never trim for a "taste".

same as gwn...however if i'm low on kief i'll let some lowers go cuz i know it won't go to waste. it eventually becomes my own stash.

I guess I'm mainly worried about the stress it can cause...

It def doesn't goto waste because...I've been experimenting making QWISO.

I only pluck if it interferes with my automatic water system, or the nitrogen and other nutes have clearly been sucked out.

I don't think it causes stress as long as its not the whole main branch. It will put more energy into the rest of the plant. I think some strains benefit from it but if yours seems more sensitive then maybe not.

If you wait those lower branches will plump up also stressing the plant could cause a reduction in yield and then what did you gain?
