Trich's Not Changing/help!!

My little lady has been floweing for almost 10-11 weeks now. The trich's are cloudy everywhere except the main cola (way thick and I heard it's the last too change over). The question is will all strains trichs turn amber at some time? I have seen 2 or 3 amber trichs on the lower branches. I am wondering if I should just havest all the lower branches and leave the main cola attached?

The buds seem to be fattening up still but I don't want to hurt the little lady. Should I keep flowering until I get the 50/50 amber/cloudy look I was hoping for or just start harvesting the bottoms now?

maybe if the bottom ones r ready chop them. this will probably make the main one quicken up. its like that towards the end. its was a slow process for me on my first grow.every day i was checking with a 30x lens.
