trichome magnification..please help

i have a magnifier that i use to look at my trichomes to see the color and shit. WELL my magnifying glass is a peice of shit. any suggestions? i have a digi cam would that possibly zoom to where i can see them better?

if you want just go to wallmert and buy a cheep hand held microscope with a light or one of those science microscopes
