Transplating plants question

I have 12 seeds germinating, 2 feminized and 10 regular. I am starting in Rockwool and the moving them to hydroton. I plan on eventually putting them in 5 gallon fabric pots, but I don't have the room for all 12. So I am putting in 3 gallon and after sexing I plan on moving females to the 5 gallon pots. I was wondering if it will shock the sh#@ out of them or will they be ok?

it might he hard not to disturb root system when I pull out of hydroton, but I guess ill just take it slow.
