I've got new MG Organic soil to replace my old infectious soil[Gnat,Spidermite, etc]

I'm 12/12 from seed and need to know if I should wait till the night cycle to wash off dirt, and if I just drop the roots into the center of the soil. Just basically tips on it lol

Thanks Rollitup!!! Sorry I'm a newbie at this, and want to make sure my babies are getting proper treatment!!

i'd do it during light because it's easier for you. you can see what your doing and reduce the risks of hurting plant. to transplant.... get new container ready with soil, water it before plant goes in with ph balanced water. then dig out for center of plant, so your hole stays where you want it. stab around entire outside edge of current container with a dull object...maybe a butter knife. stab all the way to bottom of container, even if you need to use something longer. then simply tip container over, and entire deal should fall into your hand. take plant and rootball to new setup and put it close to your hole. eyeball it to see if it'll fit, if not, redig your hole accordingly.... be gentle while removing dirt and dont leave water on her leaves, as they will burn in the light. good luck
